Resources for NPYM Friends

NPYM and the wider Quaker community provide various resources for Friends to socialize, worship, and take part in political action.

• NPYM has an active youth community, with opportunities for youth to socialize and participate in social service and political actions.
  
  
• Quaker Center, a retreat center near Santa Cruz, California, presents workshops on topics of interest to Friends.
  
  
• Pendle Hill is a Quaker center in Pennsylvania, for spiritual growth, study and service.
  
  
• Friends General Conference is a national organization of Friends meetings. While NPYM is NOT a member of FGC, many individual Pacific northwestern Friends participate in FGC activities.
  
  
• Friends World Committee for Consultation is an international organization of Friends meetings.
  
  
• The American Friends Service Committee provides opportunities for Friends to participate in social justice work.
  
  
• Friends Committee on National Legislation is the Quaker lobbying organization in Washington, DC, representing Friends views on political issues.
